Praying for all of Prestwood

Starting in November, we will begin a "Parish Prayer Cycle", which means each week we shall pray for the people in a handful of streets in our parish.  With different streets each week, we shall pray for everyone in our parish over about six months ... and then we start again!  There are a number of ways you can follow this and join in:

  • If you follow our Facebook page, you will start to see a message each Wednesday, saying which streets we are praying for
  • In our Sunday intercessions at 9:30am, we will remember the streets for this week
  • If there are any particular prayer requests arising during the week, they will be remembered at our Parish Prayers on Monday morning
  • There are printed copies of the schedule at the back of church, for you to take away

You might like to include this in your personal prayer.  When your own street is being prayed for, you might mention it to your neighbours, or bring any prayer requests for Monday prayers (either email the parish office, send a Direct Message via Facebook or place your request on our prayer tree in church).  Oh, and let This email address is being protected from spambots.
