Coronavirus Response

Services at Prestwood and Great Hampden

In light of the Government guidance around non-essential contact, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York have issued advice that public worship is suspended until further notice.

Holy Trinity, Prestwood is no longer open during the day. But even though we can’t go to church, church can come to you. We are broadcasting live from the chancel 24/7. Feel free to pray or rest awhile.

All public church activities have ceased.

The Church Office is closed, and staff are working from home.

Latest guidance for Churches.

Online worship takes place three times a day during the week and twice on Sundays.
Weddings and Baptisms: Until further notice no weddings or baptisms can take place. Where baptism needs to take place in an emergency please contact the Rector—we are contacting everyone who has a wedding or baptism booked.

Funerals: Small funerals can take place at the graveside or Crematorium. Please contact the Rector as soon as you can to discuss the options.
